Welcome to Pursuit by Design, where personal growth meets faith-based leadership.

My name is Samantha, and I am passionate about helping mid-career women professionals, like you, move beyond just surviving in life and work to living with true significance. With over 12 years of corporate experience, 12 years of entrepreneurial pursuits out of which 5 years as a certified coach, I have seen firsthand the challenges and triumphs of balancing faith, family, and career.

My coaching journey began when I found myself navigating my own struggles with unfulfilled ambitions that activated my survival mode. It became clear that knowing who I was in Christ needed to be the foundation for everything else. That realization led me on a journey to becoming professionally trained with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), a certified Christian Coach and the first Ziglar Coach in East Africa. Today, I also serve in a global women’s ministry, equipping other women for leadership—a role that continually inspires me to help women find purpose in all areas of life.

At Pursuit by Design, I guide clients through a four-stage process that reflects the journey I’ve taken myself. The mission is to inspire, equip and help you to lead authentically and boldly by:
