Cancellation Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing a seamless and professional experience. Please review our booking and cancellation policy before scheduling your Discovery Call. Booking Policy: ✅ Advance Scheduling: All Discovery Calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. ✅ Confirmation: Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with call details. ✅ Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled call. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the call may be rescheduled at our discretion. Rescheduling & Cancellation: 🔄 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your Discovery Call up to 12 hours before the appointment using the booking link provided in your confirmation email. 🚫 Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. ⏳ No-Shows: If you do not attend the scheduled call and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance, a new booking will be required.
