One-to-One Coaching Intake

Service Description
This session is for people who already know they want coaching and are ready to start. It is not an exploratory conversation. It is the first real piece of work. In 60 minutes, Samantha will understand where you are starting from, what has brought you to this point, and what movement looks like in your specific situation. By the end of the session, you will have a clear picture of how you would work together, what the engagement structure looks like, and whether one-to-one coaching or the Choose to Win programme is the better fit. Come prepared to be honest about where you are. The more specific you are, the more useful this session will be.
Cancellation Policy
Booking All sessions take place online on Google Meet unless we agree otherwise. Your confirmation email includes the meeting link and a calendar invite. Rescheduling and cancelling You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. If you need to change your booking within 24 hours, please email or call and we will find a new time together. Missed sessions Sessions missed without notice cannot be carried over. Please get in touch to book a new time. Late arrivals Sessions start at the booked time and finish at the scheduled end. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will reschedule. If Samantha is running late or needs to move a session, she will contact you as early as possible and offer a new time. Preparing for your session Discovery conversations need no preparation. For the One-to-One Coaching Intake, please complete the short form attached to your booking so Samantha can read it beforehand. Continue the Work sessions are for people who have attended a Pursuit by Design event. Confidentiality What you share is treated as confidential, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics, and handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. Paid programmes Coaching programmes, assessments and workshops are confirmed in writing after your first conversation. Payment and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
